You will always receive an order confirmation via email. Here, you will find an overview of your purchase, the price as well as the date of purchase. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.

Can I change my order if it has not been shipped yet?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel nor change your order once it has been approved and completed.

The expected delivery time is 4-6 business days after order shipment.

What if a product is sold out?

It might come back, but we never know for sure. It depends on the product. That being said, if you see something you like: buy it now :)

What are the rules for exchange and return at Serious Sugar?
